Carisbrook Transfer Station
A Custody transfer metering station has been installed at Carisbrook to measure the volume of gas received from the GasNet pipeline system.The facility includes a DN 150 ( 6") tee at the GasNet pipeline, a filter separator, a metering skid and a permanently installed scraper launcher.The filter separator is equipped with a pressure relief valve. Inlet pressure, filter separator differential pressure, filter separator high level alarm and the flow rate signals are available to be transmitted by telemetry (SCADA ) to GPV and also Vencorp control centre for monitoring. The CTS is located approximately 1 Km. east of the township of Carisbrook on the Pyrenees Highway.
