GPV PLACES A HIGH PRIORITY ON SAFETY

We provide free information on the location of our pipelines to anyone carrying out excavations in the area. This is done through the ‘Dial Before You Dig’ service.
Local landowners, contractors and businesses in the area are encouraged to inform us of any activity, buildings or excavation work in the vicinity of our pipelines.
We also encourage landowners to notify us when their property is sold or transferred. This allows us to maintain contact with property owners near our pipeline.

DIAL BEFORE YOU DIG

It is important for everyone's safety that Gas Pipelines Victoria is notified before any excavating work is carried out near our pipeline. GPV provides information on the location of our pipeline as part of the Dial Before You Dig referral service. This is a free service which can be accessed by dialling 1100.
